We beat the NASDAQ today (in paper trading). That proves nothing.

Thursday 2 July: the portfolio +0.34%, NASDAQ 100 −1.48% — in simulated trading via Alpaca, no real capital. One datapoint proves nothing about future returns, and we say so as plainly as last time. But the day's decision log shows what you actually pay for: filters that said no, discipline that held, and insight into every single call.
